Rotors Over Mentone 2024 on Saturday, Sep 14th

This year marks our 15th annual event for Rotors Over Mentone. Our guest speaker this year will be Brad Stockwell from Phoenix, Arizona. Brad will be speaking about his helicopter flying
experiences in the Bell TH-13T and UH-1 Huey helicopters while in flight school and in Vietnam, his travels around the world, and a memorable Christmas in Long Binh.

Helicopter rides will be offered by American Huey 369 (with $125 membership) and by Cleveland Helicopter Services. Cleveland Helicopter Services are planning to offer rides in their Robinson R44 (up to three individual passenger seats). Helicopter rides offered by Cleveland Helicopter Services can be paid on site with either cash or by credit card (which is $5 extra). Tentative price for a ride in the Robinson R44 is $60/person (cash) but requires a second paying passenger.

Weather permitting, we hope the helicopter crews of Lutheran Air and Parkview Samaritan hospital helicopters fly in for the event as well as our friends from Sweet Helicopters, bringing one or two of their aircraft. In addition, plans are that Radio Station WIOE, Oldies 101.1 FM will return and broadcast live from the Museum.

This event will be held on Saturday, Sep 14th at the Lawrence D. Bell Aircraft Museum, 210 S. Oak St, Mentone IN.
Admission and parking are free.
